My wife really loves this watch since the day she saw 1 of our friends wearing one, thus the reason why I ordered her one as a Christmas gift.
I sent an email which you will find on your system, regarding the express delivery and my understanding thereof. It was 4 days after the order and subsequent payment. I questioned the time period of the delivery process.
I received a phone call from a gentleman, unfortunately I cannot remember his name. He was extremely rude and told me that my email to Woodish was a "snotty" email, which it definitely was not, you can see it for yourself. He does not even know me to make such a rude statement. I questioned his attitude and rudeness and did not stand back at all. I informed him that I have never experienced such rudeness from anyone whom I have done business with or bought something from. I explained to him that I worked for DSV previously, many years ago, as a Key Accounts Manager, therefore I had knowledge about express and economy courier deliveries. He told me that I was a liar, this just killed it for me. I informed him that I hope to never ever deal with or speak to him again.
I was extremely happy with the delivery service, as this was done in a professional and friendly manner. The delivery person was extremely friendly which made up for the whole experience.
I have just one question / enquiry; please can you kindly inform me with information regarding the warranty / guarantee of this watch as there was no documentation when it was delivered? It was just the beautiful little box with the watch inside, no warranty or guarantee inside.
